About
The Farnborough Blind Company was established in 1985 making blinds for the trade from modest premises in Farnborough Kent. Rapid growth in the early years meant the company needed to relocate three times, to bigger and better premises in order to meet the demand for its increasing product range.
Overtime however focus has switched away from the large-scale manufacture and supply of high volume products, towards more custom bespoke projects and the specialised market of motorised blind systems. This has only been possible through the decision early on to invest in staff skills and in establishing a dedicated research and design department,
The Farnborough Blind Company now prides itself in having a reputation as one of the leading suppliers and innovators in the electronic blind sector.
We offer a full service to our customers, from free estimates to bespoke design, site surveys, manufacture, installation and maintenance.
Our current premises boast scenic surroundings, set in the Kent countryside on the site of an old lime works, located just off exit 4 on the M25, near Sevenoaks. Our custom fitted factory has two new floors of offices, a meeting room and mezzanine, giving a total of 7500 square feet.

Do you manufacture your own products?
At Farnborough Blinds we manufacture all our products on site at our factory in Sevenoaks, this enables us to manage our own quality control and ensure our blinds are to the highest standard for every order.
Do you use contract fitters?
Blind fitting is a skilled job and we would never use contract fitters, our team of blind fitters are full time employees and highly experienced, some of whom have worked with us for over 25 years.
Will my blinds be safe?
It is now a legal requirement to fit cord safe blinds, only ever use a supplier who knows what is required to provide you with a safe product.
Am I getting a suitable product?
Our established sales team have worked in the industry for over 25 years and many have manufacturing backgrounds, their wealth of knowledge will mean that your will always be offered the most effective solution for your requirements.
Do you offer a warranty?
As standard all our products have a 12 months warranty, however we have designed and chosen blind systems specifically so that they will last and provide many years of trouble free use.
How long will my order take?
As a manufacturer we can offer fast delivery, most orders are made to measure within 10 working days.
